This level of cleaning is typically recommended after every 1 to 2 tons of fuel is burned.
Cleaning Includes:- A thorough breakdown of the stove in order to brush and vacuum all areas where fly-ash has accumulated.
- All pipes and liners are brushed and vacuumed.
- The stove is restarted to check that it's functioning properly.
- Time: approximately 2 hours
End of Season Cleaning

This cleaning is done following the end of the heating season and prior to the more humid summer months.
Cleaning Includes:- A thorough breakdown of the stove in order to brush and vacuum all areas where fly-ash has accumulated.
- The hopper is emptied of all pellets and the auger is removed in order to val all fines which have accumlated.
- All piping and liners are brushed and vacuumed to clean all fly ash. ANy parts which may require it are brushed and repainted with hi-temp stove black paint.
- Time: approximately 3-4 hours
